Has a light-green hue. Its aroma is intense, unyielding, being full of life and white pulp fruits. Lively and playful on the palate, where the more mature notes of pear and peach become detectable, with faint traces of banana and pineapple in the background. Its pronounced acidity does not keep out of sight, but rather intensifies the aroma and taste of ripe fruits.
